What Data We Process and Why
Performance of a Contract (Order Processing): We process your first name, last name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and any specific materials you provide to us for custom production, such as photographs or texts. We need this data in order to produce and deliver the goods to you. We retain the data for the duration of the order processing and subsequently for the duration of the applicable warranty periods.
Compliance with Legal Obligations: We are required to process and retain your billing data for a period of 10 years due to accounting and VAT legislation.
User Account: If you register with us, we process your data on the basis of your consent and for the purpose of performing the contract. We retain the account for as long as it is actively used.
Marketing (Newsletter): We may use your e-mail address to send offers on the basis of our legitimate interest, if you are our customer, or on the basis of your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each e-mail.
